1. The spherical plain bearing should be installed in a dust-free and clean room. The bearing should be carefully selected, and the bearing spacer should be ground.

2. The spherical sliding bearing should be cleaned before installation. When cleaning, the inner ring slope is upward, the hand induction is flexible, and there is no sense of stagnation.

3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, with uniform force and no knocking;

4. Spherical sliding bearings should be stored in clean ventilation, no corrosive gas, relative humidity should not exceed 65%, long-term storage should be regular rust prevention.
